Ruck is a fun word. I feel like all my penalties are ruck-related. Going in from the side, not rolling away, pulling an opposing player's jersey over their head, casually stomping on their flanker who punched our loose-head in the first half... these are all things that can happen accidently. If anyone is to blame, it's the ref for being so bold as to notice these minor incursions. Shame on him.
